Seratelli singled in a run with the bases loaded in the 3rd and Perez followed with his 9th homer for his 2nd grand slam in recent days. Keck 2 IP, H, 2 K -- 7.36 ERA

* It took 1 hit for Potomac to grab control of the game as it resumed in the 5th Monday and the Nationals made the lead stand. Yem Prades led off the Rocks 1st with a triple and scored on a Nick Van Stratten sac fly to spot Mike Mariot a lead early. The Rocks left the bases loaded in the 3rd and Potomac tied it in the 4th off Mariot. The Rocks stranded the bases full again in the 4th and the game was suspended by rain with 2 on and 2 out in the 5th. Dusty Odenbach took over when play resumed Tuesday and a 2-run single made it 3-1 Potomac. The Nationals added a run in the 7th and Prades singled home a run with Carlo Testa doubling him home in the 9th, but the Rocks would strand 2 more in a game of wasted chances.

However, the Nationals got an RBI triple and RBI single to grab the lead. They piled on 3 more runs in the 3rd on a Rainier Bello RBI single, Jerrell Allen run-scoring walk and Gore sac fly. The Indians scored 2 in the 4th but Humberto Arteaga squeezed home a run in the 6th and Gore tacked on an RBI double in the 8th. The Royals took a seemingly comfortable 8-3 lead into the 9th but Andrew Stueve suffered from two 2-out errors behind him, then gave up a 2-run single to cut the lead to 8-7. * As the schedule shifted to mornings in the AZL for the Royals, the Giants ruined the Royals' morning.
