The Cardinals got to him for 3 runs that inning, however, to chase him. A double play scored a Naturals run in the 8th. The Nationals tied it in the 4th but Ferguson teamed up with Mike Liberto to gun down a runner at the plate to end the rally. Jon Keck gave up 4 runs in the 6th and Ryan Dennick did the same in the 7th. The Rocks didn't threaten much after Lewis' homer. Wilmington is 23-34. The series ends Thursday. Johnson City scored 1 in the 2nd, 7 in the 4th, 3 in the 6th, and 2 in the 8th as they liked the even innings. There was no no-hit drama as Brooks singled in the 3rd and tripled in the 5th as the Royals stranded 2 that inning. The B-Royals are 21-41. A 3-game home set with the Greeneville Astros (25-37) starts Thursday.
